These fillers are transparent, hollow microscopic spheres that provide a low cost, low density filler material. Added to a mixture of epoxy resin and hardener, they result in a good fairing compound that is heat resistant, lightweight and has good compressive strength. The mixture can be mixed with a small amount of silica-based thickener to prevent sagging. not recommended for glue.
